1. General Warranty Statement
1.1. PT Halim Inti Gahara (“XIONCO”) warrants to the original purchaser (“Customer”) that the materials used in its products will be free from defects in quality, workmanship, and durability under normal usage and conditions as described herein.
1.2. This warranty applies specifically to materials supplied by XIONCO, including but not limited to fabric, foam, wood, metal, acrylic mirror, hinges, laminate (HPL), and stainless steel components.
2. Warranty Coverage by Material Type
A. Upholstery Fabric & Textile Materials
2.1. Warranty: 1 Year
2.2. Covers:

Fabric tears under normal use

Fabric color fade beyond reasonable wear (non-exposure to direct sunlight continuously)
2.3. Excludes: -
Damage due to improper cleaning, chemical exposure, pets, sharp objects, or burns.
B. High-Density Foam & Cushioning Materials
2.4. Warranty: 2 Years
2.5. Covers:

Significant loss of shape or resilience under normal residential use
2.6. Excludes: -
Indentations less than 10% of original foam height

Usage exceeding recommended weight or improper handling.
C. Solid Wood & Plywood
2.7. Warranty: 3 Years
2.8. Covers:

Structural defects such as cracking, warping, or splitting under normal indoor conditions
2.9. Excludes: -
Natural variations in grain, color, knots, or minor imperfections inherent to real wood

Exposure to extreme humidity, direct water exposure, or improper care.
D. Metal Components (Steel, Aluminum, Iron)
2.10. Warranty: 3 Years
2.11. Covers:

Rust or corrosion due to manufacturing defects

Structural integrity or weld failures under normal usage

Scratches or damage from misuse or improper cleaning methods (use of abrasive chemicals).
E. Acrylic Mirror Sheets
2.13. Warranty: 2 Years
2.14. Covers:

Delamination, significant discoloration, or cloudiness affecting reflective quality

Manufacturing defects such as cracks or distortion

Scratches from cleaning, handling, improper cutting, or misuse

Exposure to harsh chemicals or direct heat sources.
F. Laminate (HPL & Multi-board)
2.16. Warranty: 2 Years

Lamination defects such as peeling, bubbling, or severe discoloration under standard usage

Damage due to sharp objects, heat exposure above recommended limits, moisture ingress due to improper sealing.
G. Hinges & Hardware Components
2.19. Warranty: 3 Years
2.20. Covers:

Mechanical failure, inability to maintain original function (e.g., soft-close mechanism failure)

Rust or structural damage resulting from normal residential or commercial usage
2.21. Excludes: -
Improper installation, incorrect load, or unauthorized modifications.
H. Stainless Steel & Kitchen Components
2.22. Warranty: 3 Years
2.23. Covers:

Corrosion or rusting under standard indoor usage and cleaning practices

Structural or manufacturing defects impacting function
2.24. Excludes: -
Surface scratches from cleaning tools, harsh chemical use, or improper care practices.
3. Warranty Claim Procedure
3.1. To claim under this warranty, customers must contact XIONCO’s Customer Service within 7 days after noticing the defect.
3.2. The customer is required to provide:

Proof of purchase (invoice or order number)

Clear photographs or videos demonstrating the defect or issue

Description of how the defect occurred or was discovered
3.3. After reviewing your claim, XIONCO may request an inspection or return of the product for further examination.
4. Remedy Under Warranty
4.1. Upon approval, XIONCO will, at its discretion:

Offer a comparable substitute of similar or greater value if the original material is no longer available
4.2. XIONCO covers the costs associated with repairing or replacing materials, including shipping charges within Indonesia.

5. Warranty Limitations & Exclusions
5.1. This warranty does not cover:

Products modified or repaired by anyone other than XIONCO or an authorized representative

Any consequential or incidental damages resulting from material failure.
5.2. XIONCO’s liability under this warranty is limited strictly to the repair, replacement, or substitution of the affected materials. XIONCO shall not be liable for loss of use, commercial loss, or other incidental damages.
6. Warranty Eligibility
6.1. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
6.2. Warranty is valid only when the product/material has been used under normal indoor conditions and maintained in accordance with XIONCO’s care instructions.
7. Modification & Policy Changes
7.1. XIONCO reserves the right to update or modify this warranty policy. Any revisions will apply to purchases made after the date of modification.
