Manufacturing Excellence
Unlike most brands, XIONCO builds from the ground up. With four dedicated factories across Java, we control every step of the production process:
- Jepara (Mantingan): Wood processing facility for raw material curing and component creation
- Cirendeu: Home of our finishing, welding, and multiboard/HPL line
- Pondok Pinang: Dual facilities for upholstery and final packaging
This vertical integration ensures that no detail escapes us. Each sofa, bench, or bed passes through the hands of skilled workers whose techniques have been honed over decades. Our daily production capacity exceeds 30 sofas or 100 smaller items, yet each piece receives the attention of a bespoke workshop.
